Eligibility for returns

To be eligible for a return:
  • Items must be unworn/unused and in original condition
  • Items must be returned in original packaging
  • Return must be requested within 30 days of delivery
All returns are inspected. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item is returned in a condition we consider unsuitable for resale (for example, clearly worn or marked).
This policy does not affect your statutory rights relating to faulty or misdescribed goods.

Returns sent without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Exchanges (including size exchanges)

We are happy to exchange sizes, provided the footwear is unworn and passes inspection.
To exchange:
  1. Request a return using the email above
  2. Return the original item to us for inspection
  3. Once accepted, we will ship the replacement (subject to stock)
If you request registered delivery for the replacement shipment, additional charges may apply.

Faulty items / incorrect items

If your product is defective or you receive the incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can resolve it as quickly as possible.
Where appropriate, we will offer a replacement or a refund. Postage costs are only refunded in the case of a faulty product or incorrect delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will email you to confirm whether your refund is approved.
If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Please allow your bank or card provider time to process the refund.
If you have not received your refund within 15 working days of our confirmation email, contact us:

EU / UK cancellation rights (cooling-off period)

If you are a consumer in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of delivery for any reason.
If you cancel under the cooling-off period, items must be returned in the same condition you received them (unworn/unused, with tags where applicable, and in original packaging). You will also need proof of purchase.
